"I was happy with my tax preparation last year, although it was expensive. I lost my copy of the return this year due to technical issues where I lost the documents. I have now been trying for over a week to receive them from COR. The first few days (I called on a Monday) Sam answered my calls and assured me they were on it and I would have the files by the end of business by the 3rd day I had reached out. Day 4,5, and now into a new week they will not answer my calls nor return my email. All I am asking for is a simple document upload so I can file my current years return. Honestly, I feel like I paid thousands last year for my returns only for them to cold shoulder me this year when I asked for my documents. Perhaps they are upset I'm not using them this year? Either way, a simple request has gone ignored and made me feel like they took my money last year and are fine with ignoring me now."
