"I do not believe Incorp was honest and fair with me about annual costs, not to mention their annual "registered agent" fees are much higher than the $25 a year I pay since I changed companies! I back-paid almost $300 for two years of service, only to find out that I was only paying for them to be listed as my registered agent, not to file my annual reports with the state. They asked for an additional $245 to file my annual reports with the state. Excessive costs!!! Asked for rate reduction, they denied. Will never use Incorp again."
