"If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctors office is unprofessional and rude and never returns your calls or they call the wrong phone number. Office is usually closed. Hours on Google are incorrect. The office staff is incompetent. Actual doctor is okay and I wanted to support her because she is black but I can no longer go to this doctor because of how bad their administrative practices are. Doctor is slow to send prescriptions or wont send. And also will not provide paperwork that is legally required by the school.They charge you for the paperwork and then dont give it to you. I will be reporting this practice some how. My son almost got kicked out of school because the dr will not fax the forms or give them to me. this has caused me alot of stress and time nd anxiety. Terrible . Shame on you. ALSO the drs office is very dirty and rundown."

"Best pediatrician I have ever been to. Nice small kid friendly waiting room, the entire office is very clean. She has books and toys for the kids in the rooms. She had a ton of information for your developing children. Her staff is very friendly. Dr. Akin is very kind and knowledgeable. I trust her and really like how she explains what is going on or why she is doing something. She also is very good about answering my questions and addressing concerns. I also like that she is very personable: My kids have been going with her for a little less than a year and she always remembers certain things about them. I really like that she takes the time to get to know them. My kids will definetely continue to go with her without a doubt. I recommend her 100%."
