"Try to talk to a live person and you have to go through a labyrinth of a telephone tree. Once you get a live person on the phone, they’re unable to resolve your problem. I was told to “wait 24 to 48 hours” for the problem to resolve itself. Useless."

"Closed out my account. Paid for expedited delivery, 30.00. On hold now while they figure out what story to feed me now. Should have been here 2 days ago. Now I am told that they didn't send it expedited delivery and it will be here on the 6th. Think they are lying again. Either way they have made me out to be a liar to my creditors. My chest is hurting thinking about how they do not care about anything I need."
