"Ashley is a great PT and happy to work with my son with his toe walking. My son loves being there because the work, albeit challenging, is fun for him. We’re so glad to be moved to once a week. Schedule is busy and often a waitlist but worth it once you’re actually seen. Kids seem happy to be coming there and there are all types kids that come there which helps my son me exposed to them all, in a good way!"

"Inquired for therapy services and was told I need a prescription and diagnosis to get on the wait list. This is not a requirement of our insurance, but a requirement of Westside. Advocated that child has been in therapy and I have a current eval from an OT, told doesn't matter Westside requires scrip and diagnosis to even get on the list, asked how long the wait was and was told that I could not receive that info. Parents are calling out of concern for their child, diagnosis and scripts can take months or years. It is a difficult enough time in a parenting journey, why make it more difficult? I cannot speak to the therapy, as I was unable to get services."
