"They came out tighten to screw and inform me. They would have to dig up my electrical line and redo it in order for it to work correctly so a week later. I called them back to ask them when they could come out and fix a correctly, my power went out again. Even though it had been running like this for years I was going to pay the price, they said they could be here on Thursday. I asked if I was going to get charged in the another service call the lady told me yes. I told her to forget it. They already knew the problem I just needed it fixed needless to say, I didn't use them. I had a friend in the park a female that is just a housewife came down and looked at it and said all you need is new breaker box. We went bought a new breaker box for under $18 it's worked fine every cent. I feel that I was going to get ripped off by this company ! It's my opinion only."
