"Not a great experience. spent a year living there, the first issue is the street noise, cars racing down the street, fire trucks, ambulances and police cars, everyday. there is always something broken, and the time it takes to fix it was very long, from a security standpoint as well. The apartments get hot in the summer and cold in the winter, due to the glass windows. there is no garbage disposals, we had to ask for an ice maker to be installed, no ceiling fans, circulation an issue, no real storage in the bathrooms, the leasing management team not very nice."

"I really like to exercise in the work out room on 12th floors because it has unique workout equipment and beauitful view. The lounge has free coffee."

I really like being able to be in the suburbs but still walking distance to some shops, bars and restaurants. Jeff was really helpful with answering my questions about the building amenities and move in process!"
