"My husband and I have overall enjoyed living here over this past year. It’s quiet, Neighbors usually keep to themselves, and are nice. We’ve always felt very safe. Our only hope in the future are some updates on heating/AC, sewage issues, and windows. Having the app is helpful though for questions and help."

"The area is peaceful and quiet, no disturbances so far! The property itself is small but comfy.. or I just have way too many decorations. There are a few minor inconveniences like the screen door latch unscrewed for the door paneling and shower drain needs constant cleaning of hair or else the tub will not drain. But overall happy so far !"

"I have lived here since 2017. The person that wrote about the Cainkars is full of $hit. They bent over backwards to take care of the residents. They paid the water and garbage fees. Their 3 man grounds crew was excellent and also handled common maintanence calls. When they did sell, the first group was awful. They weren't around long. The ones after that have been somewhat attuned to the needs of the renters. They ARE raising rents too high IMHO. I have been looking around the area and for what I have, it's very hard to find something comparable. When I first moved in it was more attuned to a senior population. Being a one floor building can't be beat. Presently, it seems that anything goes as long as you can pay."
