"I've lived in Park Ridge Commons for five years. Prior to Bayshore Commons taking over, they were really hard to get in touch with about issues like roaches—which are sometimes found in our food—mice that wander throughout the apartment while we're asleep, and mice feces. I've been searching for a first floor apartment so I can move out, but they won't let me or speak with you about anything. They say I have to pay three times the rent in order to leave. How is this a place where we can live when there are mice running around and roaches in our food? ???? We never had any complaints about the carpet since they arrived, cleaned it in five minutes, and went. We even paid $100 out of our own money to have the carpet thoroughly cleaned. In my room, there are holes that have been left unnoticed despite the extreme cold over the winter. I'll share the pictures of the roaches here, but please remember not to live her poor management, poor service!"
"Used to be much better place to live but not anymore. Management don’t listen and neither seems to be interested in solving issues. No new paint for years… . They placed dumpsters far away from building’s main door so you have to walk far to throw the garbage. Really bad management."
"We used to live here in 2010 then in 2016 and again came back to this community. This time management changed in 2022 end and problems started. Still only good thing is maintenance guy, Carlos, who is very helpful and listens to you carefully and provide wonderful service. He is working in this community since many years and we liked him for his helpful nature and prompt resolution of the maintenance problem."
"It's been 3 months no one is taking care of water removal on washington drive street and this street belongs to park ridge commons. Reported many times no one is listening. It's very hard to get into the building. Increasing rents maintanance is zero. Bay shore properties service is worst. Not recommend for any one. Also, RCN internet service is available in this region and this people are not allowing them to provide a service, this is what i heard from RCN. Which is very cheap were compare to xfinity and at&t. Just waiting for my lease to end."
