"After a horrible experience at the wentzville convenient care I called here and were able to get me an appointment quick. Staff were super nice, the place is clean and they were able to get me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with the gentlest nose swab test I think I’ve gotten anywhere. I’ll be coming back here if I need an urgent care visit from now on."

"'ve been utilizing this medical office for YEARS. Main reason is that with the type of location they are, they charge insurance the same rate as a Dr office, but you can typically get in same day like an urgent care. That's important as last time I tried to get into my Dr office thinking I maybe had a sinus infection, they only appt they could get me was more than a week away... Some of the services are limited compared to an urgent care, but they are great for the basics: sprains, flu, sinus infections, strep, aches, etc. Currently you have to sign up for an appointment. This can be done online which is nice. This does change from time to time though, sometimes they do walk ins. I always call in advance to ask. Dr Tim Moore has been helping me here for more than 10 years. He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I've also been helped from a female Dr in the last couple of years - I was also pleased with her service. So why the 4 instead of 5? Simple things... last time I called they told me you had to schedule an appt and could only schedule same day. NO mention at all that I could do it online and when you do you don't have to wait until the next day. Be proactive, if someone is already sick they aren't trying to guess and figure things out or wait and wait. Also the front desk can be confusing. One side is for an actual Dr office, the other side is for Convenient Care. This is not clearly labeled."

"Came in and asked if my husband could get a cortisone shot for sciatic pain. They said no, which is fine. I asked where I might find an orthopedic urgent care (where she rudely told me to go) ..and she looks at me like I'm a moron and then looks down and says "I don't know!" in THE most annoyed voice. Horrible experience and I didn't even make it past reception. Horrible patient care and no empathy."

"If you need an x-ray, DO NOT go to this convenient care location. You are better off going to any other actual urgent care facility. They are not up front with you about this, but the xray will be billed to your insurance as an outpatient procedure at progress west hospital, even though the xray will be done on site. We learned the hard way after bringing our son there to have his foot x-rayed. They charged our insurance $500 as outpatient for the x-ray. And since it was outpatient "through the hospital," it had to apply to our deductible and not our copay (which we still had to pay in the office). Had we just gone down the road to the wash u pediatric urgent care, the x-ray would have been "in office" instead of "hospital outpatient" and it would have only cost us our $30 co-pay. Talk about a $470 mistake. This is a deceitful way to run a business. Why would anyone assume that using the convenient care clinic attached to your doctor's office would be billed as if you were an outpatient at progress west hospital?"

"I waited 2 and a half hours as a walk-in, trying to get a strep test in the middle of the week at 11 am. The nurse was rude and asked obnoxious questions about things that had nothing to do with my health at that moment."
