"Great office and doctors. However, if you are changing the policy on how to refill a prescription, can you at least have the information on your website or on the after hours phone message. It it not user friendly to call and now I don't know what to do. Hopefully I can get the scripts properly filled."

"The front desk is terribly rude. Called to make a new appointment for my son, she was terribly rude. Didn’t even ask for his name. I asked did she want his current pediatrician to send his medical records over via fax or email. She rudely just started giving phone number, didn’t ask any information or how to follow up. I could only imagine dealing with them for care for my son. No thanks!!"

"I usually do not put any kind of reviews but today I felt I had to and that too a negative one unfortunately. Our appointment was at 8.45 and I reached there by 8.30 to make sure any paperwork or balances due I get them sorted. And our doctor walked in at 9.40! At that point I am thinking what's the point of taking an appointment? It's not the first time I have had experience with the long wait times. The staff and doctors are amazing but they need to improve on the wait times at least notify that it's going to be late!"

"Dr Alison has always been amazing with my daughter. Childrens hospital recommended them when our old pediatrician dropped the ball on my daughters asthma treatment. For the last 5 years she has been nothing short of amazing. They ALWAYS get us in same day if she is sick and the staff is so kind. I highly recommend this office for your kids."

"We went here for years, Dr Allison was lovely. Unfortunately she seemed to be available less and less. We came in when my daughter had some type of cyst on her backside. The doctor we came in to see lanced the cyst WITHOUT ANY numbing medication. My daughter was literally screaming for her to stop. I had to tell her to STOP before she did. Absolutely disgusting. My daughter is now terrified of going to any doctor. We have since left and are much happier at our new pediatricians office. Not to mention the office staff at winghaven was fairly rude."
