"Brentwood Apartments is a wonderful place to live beautiful property inside and out! The office people are nice and maintenance stays on top of everything as well."

"Beware before you sign a contract at Brentwood. Management is not good with communication or servicing needs that your apartment complex may have. They take forever to complete work orders or don’t complete them at all. Washing machines are not updated and regularly out of service. Don’t get fooled by cameras being there for your own safety and benefit. For example: if your car gets hit by another tenant. Surveillance is only there for the benefit of the complex. You can hear the neighbors next door and smoking is allowed. Make sure you read everything on the contract, Brentwood will deduct any fixtures needed from your deposit and will not take in consideration wear and tear. Take pictures before and after and even of your belongings, they will make up that you left something behind and charge a disposable fee. If they do not return your deposit, you do have legal rights. I do have to say this apartment complex is very clean inside and outside."

"I am extremely happy living here! Management is very friendly and easy to communicate with. All the neighbors are respectful & nice. My favorite part is that it’s right next to Redmond Park where you never get tired of the views. The area feels like a small escape into nature. I love it!"

"I signed my lease on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday I was in my new home. Moving can be a pain but the process was super easy, the paperwork was a breeze and the owners are fabulous. The apartment is brand new, like pulling a warranty out of the dishwasher new. The bedroom is huge, a king size fits comfortably with room to spare and there is a walk in closet which is every girls dream come true. Overall, the price is more than right for such an awesome place."

"The brothers who run this place are great. Treat them right, and they will treat you right. No complaints whatsoever. The area is quiet and the parking is adequate. Security cameras all around, gorgeous ponds with refreshing attention to detail regarding the landscape in general."
