"HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE IN ROOM"
"Nice building with quiet neighbors. Was able to get my apartment quickly. Staff has responded quickly emergencies brought up and work orders."
"I would not live here unless you want a broken apartment. The apartment here are all ran by electricity so you are going to be looking at an expensive electricity bill. Also, the apartments are located above a gym so everyday you will hear and feel the building shake from the weight being dropped on the floor. The hallways are NEVER cleaned. I have seen the same eyelash on the floor for more than a year. The leasing person comes to work with black eyes and doesn’t response to messages as frequently as she did in the beginning. None of the intercom systems work in the building so if you’re sick and ordered some stuff expected someone else to pick up your mail and whatever and if you’re not fast enough someone else will take your packages since the mail people leave everyone’s mail out in the open. I have had packages stolen and the lease agent Allison informed that the camera were just for show and do not record. THIS WAS A LIE. Allison also lied about the storages units. When I first moved in I asked about them and she claims that there weren’t any units and one day I stumbles across them and found them just to find mines was being used by the building to store Christmas decorations"
