"Honestly, there's a lot of positives about living here. But my one major complaint is how inefficient and unthoughtful it was to place only one laundry machine for the whole building to share. It's incredibly stressful especially when you share a building with 8 other families of which have kids. There's always a mess to clean up and the machine is almost always occupied."

"The leasing manager Monica is very nice, polite and professional. Whenever there is a problem she is on it right away. She accommodated all my needs and desires. Maintenance sometimes drags but they are always very busy which is understandable! 10/10 recommend."

"The leasing people and maintenance worker's change more then you can count! Poor maintaining and appliance repair no stove and refrigerator multiple Week's! The one washer and shared dryer are ALWAYS BROKEN and took over two months to fix in the winter!! If 0 *'was a choice that would be generous.....and they DON'T OWN ANY OF THE TENNIS COURT OR THE PLAY PARK!!!"

"Lived here for 1.5 years. The manager, Theresa, is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance does a nice job and is prompt to fix things. The apartment itself was nice, newer appliances so no issues there. The air conditioning is a bit dated and being that my apartment was on the 2nd floor, hot summer days were rough - air conditioner didn’t quite do the trick. Parking can be frustrating - it’s a limited lot and there doesn’t seem to be much in terms of enforcing parking permits."

"The Complex didn't enforce their own towing policy so I was always having a hard time finding parking at night, the appliances provided consistently need replacement or repair and the inside of the complex smelled very foul. They kept my security deposit and are trying to force me to pay more money for damages from a prior tenant! Every year the rent increased as the quality of the complex declined. Stay away from this place folks!"
