"I have lived at Oak Ridge Village for a couple of years now. I love living here. When I have needed maintenance, they come and fix the problem. They work very hard to keep the whole building clean and functioning. The grounds are both clean and accessible. The building manager is excellent at taking care of the paperwork required for subsidized housing, which is a lot of information to stay on top of (and excellent at solving the random problems that life doles out). The other tenants are friendly and it is located near the stores and other resources a person needs to live. I am so grateful to be here!"

"Where do I start? After years of having managers who (seemingly)did not care so much for the property and residents (just my own viewpoint and 100% opinion)I can surely with confidence say that Oakridge Village has now exceeded my (and probably others’) expectations. Oakridge was never a terrible place but it has gotten significantly better over the last few years. Oakridge is a beautiful community with beautiful and wonderful people and now we have staff to go along with that. Oakridge Village is clean, organized, safe and truly an important part of our community as a whole. Oakridge Village offers families and seniors a safe, friendly and clean environment to live and or raise their families. The buildings are old but well taken care of. All work orders, repairs and paperwork is always done in a timely fashion. Those “in charge” are always doing their best to keep up with maintaining of the property. I always feel safe and I am proud to have people over and show off my home. I am truly grateful I have this place during a very hard time in my life and I recommend it to anyone and everyone!"

"I have lived at Oakridge Village Apartments for 6 years. Lisa, the property manager, keeps the property running smoothly and resolving any issue that may come up. Lisa's right hand man Tony, is head of maintenance. Between Lisa and Tony the property is kept clean and orderly. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately. I urge you to call Lisa and schedule a walkthrough. You won't be disappointed."

We also have a lady named Amber who works here and she does so much for all of the people that live here! She plans events, helps with any needs we have, & is a great person!"

"Lisa Houpy is a great site manager. She is friendly and caring. Making sure things get repaired and or replaced.. And whatever issues you have she takes care of it. Tony the maintenance man is also wonderful. Takes care of things that need to be addressed. Friendly and caring. They both are very much appreciated here at Oakridge village. Can't say enough wonderful things about them both."
