"Deerpark Crossing Apartments is definitely a 5 Star community. For the past two months I have been a resident here and I have been totally pleased with my living experience on all fronts. The leasing office staff of Carly, Kate, and Chrissy are professional and delightful. My apartment is spacious, well built, and quiet. Most of my neighbors have lived here for multiple years. The workout facilities are up to date, clean, and have 24/7 access. For us dog owners, the complex is very dog friendly and it includes a fenced in “dog park” for our canine residents. Lastly, I had a minor maintenance request to which there was a prompt response and quick fix regarding my request. I have been totally pleased with my experience as a resident at Deerpark Crossing. I would classify this community as “the best” in the NW suburbs of Chicago."
"We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Deer Park Crossing. Where to start? Very clean property, our unit had more than enough kitchen and bathroom cabinets and storage. We remarked often how quiet the hallways were. Everyone was very kind, always a hello. The pool is terrific, I often had it to myself. Walking trails outside our door. Staff quick to answer questions and always friendly. I could go on and on… A top notch rental company. We would not hesitate to stay again."
"Moved into my apartment in January, and have been very happy with my decision. The entire office staff is wonderful, and the maintenance always respond quickly when I need help with something. The grounds are well kept, and if you face south you will get a beautiful view of the pond, and all the wildlife. It’s one of the more expensive places in town but it’s well worth it."
"We were looking for a place to rent and as soon as we visited Deer Park Crossing we knew right away this was the place for us. Care free living! Very impressed with every single person we came in contact with starting with the front office. During the process of moving in everyone was so helpful. The amenities are endless! Club House, outdoor pool and so much more. Maintenance is on top of things. Very clean and everyone here is super nice. I know we made the right decision."
