Conservancy at Gilberts

"Just moved in and already have a bad experience. They didn’t let us know, that our townhome has no shower glass door (we applied one month before and it wasn’t enough time for them to install that door). Now they are saying, that they don’t know the exact day, when they will install it. Is this nice? One more thing: the backyard is actually disgusting, because no one cleans after their dogs… Wish I wouldn’t have had this situations."

"I’ve been living at the conservancy for about 4 months now and I love it! The on-site team is amazing with answering any questions I may have. Tyler, the maintenance supervisor, is great with getting things done quickly and efficiently in my home. Arianny and Jessica are amazing with returning phone calls and answering my many many questions with a happy tone. We had a huge snow storm this past weekend and I must say the roads and driveways were cleared quickly! I felt bad for the guy shoveling the walkways so I actually went out and helped them do mine. We got to talking and it was brought up that a few employees called off. Wow! 1 guy was left to clear the whole property. For 1 guy, he did a great job and went as fast as he could! If you’re looking to move here, I’d say this is the right place for you. The best part is how new the homes are and the lifetime membership!"

"Houses being put up so quickly that there are not yet critical processes in place. Be aware of moving here and expecting to get the service the high price tag seems to indicate. I will change my rating when I see improvements and better response times. I had to get a snow shovel to get my car out of my driveway twice now. When the property advertises "maintenance free" living and the manager tells me I do not need to get snow removal equipment, I learned to not trust that advice. There is no process for snow removal, and no followup. Yesterday, I didn't get out of my driveway until the afternoon and was extremely late to work. Big snowstorm? Yes. But no excuse for a snow removal company who should be chomping at the bit to be prepared and on the road all night maintaining the properties, walkways and driveways. No one shovels anything around here from what I see. You have to do it yourself. Again, Saturday morning I am snowed in because no one came early to service the properties. There is also no follow-up or anything from management. If I didn't reach out to them yesterday, I would have been ignored. They did service a few of the vacant properties though for some reason. My walkway is currently have 6 plus inches of snow on them all the way up to my front door. There is no way I would have my elderly parents come visit. Please show some consistency and I will give a better rating."
