"Over 3 hours in a appointment is beyond ridiculous and I'm still in the room waiting for the dr to come back for yet another asthma test that I have said 3 times my son struggles with and contained to try is wasting my time and theirs obviously its been 3 hours.. have a 10 min wait so he can try the same test yet again.. im so ready to pack up and just walk out the office regardless of the consequences.. noone let alone a parent if 4 from 45 mins away has time like this let alone never mentioned in the thick packet of papers i needed to bring 15 mins before the appt!! I won't be returning to this doc and I'm not sure we will continue with this appointment. I'd leave no stars if this was a option!! Highly unsatisfied"

"We just drove 2 1/2 hours we were 45 min early for the appointment with our youngest of 8 daughters. I’m in a wheelchair from a combat injury. We went to the hospital. Went to the front desk and asked for help finding where to go. They attempted to call the clinic 3 times unsuccessfully. We were finally given got information from th extremely helpful women an the hospital and put back in the road to where we needed to be. Once there the dr refused to see us for our 3 hour appointment because we were 20mins late. I would very much like to let anyone that wants to see a dr go to someone else! His name is dr. Kenneth f schlack. He didn’t come out to see us and explain anything he just let his receptionist do it. I truly felt sorry for her. If anyone has an appointment with this fella I would definitely change it to one that is more caring. I was in the wrong for going to the wrong place as this a a completely unfamiliar area to us. But I believe if he could have come and at least showed some concern it would have helped a ton. Back on the road and waiting line to see a dr in Chicago I guess. Thanks."

"Our son sees Heather and she is absolutely wonderful. We moved, but still drive 2.5 hours to see her. That should tell you something. The whole nursing staff in pulmonology is also fantastic. Cannot recommend them enough."
