"I've lived in numerous apartments and having lived at Prairie Centre for 18 months now, I can say it stands above the rest, not just in terms of the quality of the residences and community, but because of the incredible staff and their level of care. When searching for apartments prior to coming across Prairie Centre, I had a particularly bad experience with a leasing manager at a nearby complex owned by a different company that I won't name. I made clear that a must-have criteria was a remodeled unit as they had a mix. I was refused a tour and they sent me a contract telling me I need to hurry and sign. It wasn't until I asked, that she said the contract was for an older unit and she continued to pressure me to sign when I pointed out again that was something I stated was not an option. It was not a good experience. So I continued my search and drove by Prairie Centre and decided to give it a look on a whim. I walked in and met Kelly the leasing manager who offered a tour on the spot. I didn't feel a sales pressure at all which was so refreshing. She answered all questions so honestly, and I loved that she is a resident herself. She even let my partner and I have a few minutes in the model unit to privately discuss. The professionalism and respect she displayed for this type of decision was a telltale sign that providing a pleasant resident experience is a true priority. She continued to go above and beyond by giving me a list of available units so we could go check out what would be the optimal balcony view for us and even let me take home a contract to read leasing terms! It gave me assurance every step of the way. Now moved in for 18 months, that level of care continues. Any small maintenance issues have been taken care of within 24 hours. I even receive follow up calls from Kelly to ensure maintenance took care of my needs after a request and to ask if I need anything else. The hallways, elevators and common areas are cleaned immaculately every single week. They foster a great community through fun events and all the neighbors are so kind and respectful. Amenities are amazing. I love bringing guests to the community center as they are always wowed by the luxurious feel, and the pool is the best during the summer. They even have a free bike rental which we take on the paths through downtown Saint Charles and Geneva. I could go on and on which is why I'm writing this review! All that being said, if you are looking for a premium apartment experience in Saint Charles that runs a tight ship for their residents, look no further!"
