"I lived there for 3yrs..disabled and unable to move but Renters beware. No complaints to the office about noise were ever rectified..Noisy, disrespectful neighbors, No help from rental office, ignored for years, told to call the police on my neighbors. Call the police and they do nothing. The best thing I could decide was to move. The Maintenance man is Awesome! The only reason they got a 1."
"I've lived here over 40 years. I guess you could say I like it. It has gotten better and better over years. Office staff Maribel is fantastic and has been responsible for many improvements. Donnie fixes things and quickly. I miss Rudy who was the responsible for cleaning and picking up around the buildings. Happy retirement to Rudy. The new guy also does a great job. I love (Times Square) Riverslanding. I appreciate maintenance comes in to make repairs when I'm not at home. I have never had any thing missing after repairs were made. I might add, I have not seen a roach in 30 years and I've never ever seen any rats as one reviewer suggested."
"I lived here back in Jan 2015. My 1 br was nice and spacious and all throughout the year I felt safe and the rent was reasonable (760 back then). Also,maintenance issues were taken care of immediately. However, the location was beside a train station so you can expect some noises.I would still recommend this place."
"Landlords lie. Try to squeeze every dollar out of you they can. Neighbors are loud day in day out. Loud music 24/7. Calling and complaining gets nothing done. I still live her and can't wait to get out. Noisiest Apt. I have ever rented. You really don't wanna live here. Look else where."
