"I lived here 7 years and the last few it’s only got worse. Molded ceilings, holes in the roof, squirrels in my attic. One fell through the vents and they left the whole in my wall after getting it out. Vicki basically put me out on a last minute notice to renovate my apartment. And jacked the rent up sky high trust me it’s not worth it"

"We are new to the area and are very happy with our place and the management. Love love love Vicky the property manager. She made our application and move in process a breeze. It’s a safe complex and I love our neighbors. My toddler is happy playing out front and I feel safe being a single mom here."

"I'm not sure what some people are complaining about. The management is great apartments are great especially after the remodeling this is the second time I've rented in the last 5 years. and I wouldn't hesitate on renting here at all."

"2 stars because I do like the people that work the property but that is it! In the beginning it was great but as time goes on it is not. Yes the downstairs is useless in the winter with no heat and being so cold but that's not the biggest issue. The biggest for me is safety. It has gone downhill and the neighbors in here don't make my family or myself feel safe except for a small handful. There is also a problem with the water but there is always the same response "it is what you are putting down the drain it is not the water" then they put stuff in your drain and burn it leaving the apartment smelling funky for hours to just have the same issue. Pipes rattle and wistle as well. Can barely use it at all now with the smell and taste it has. Birds get into the furnace room and are told there is no way they are coming in but yet they are there with the proof when they come look. Wasps are also a huge issue. The way of taking care of it is to give you a can of spray which doesn't work if you can't get to where the hives are. Also make sure to ask about hidden fees on everything. Their contracts say 1 thing and then other things get added. Also there are large cracks in the walls from the apartments settling. There is no fix to it. When mentioned they say the can patch it but they reappear. Take close look at walls, around windows and doors as well."

"Single bedroom; bedroom and living area nice and big. Bathroom small but usable for one person or two if you're both minimal. Small galley kitchen, wasn't great if you like to cook anything moderately elaborate, but that might not matter to you. Bathroom / kitchen tile floors were nice. Paint on kitchen cabinetry was not nice. Laundry machines still take coins; wish they took cards. If you have heavier clothing in the dryer, you may need to run it twice. Gas heat and stove were great. Snow and ice on sidewalks were reasonably well taken care of during the 2019-2020 Winter. If you value living and bedroom space over kitchen and bathroom space, this is the place for you."
