"Empty promises is their game. These highly Unprofessional Property Managers are the worst to deal with. Patsy will not only make empty promises, but will swear she never said any of it. Will call and ask why you did something when it was her employee that told you to do it. You can tell them about an issue with your space and they promise to fix it, but then weeks later when you bring it up again they act like you've never told them this before. And it never gets done. Theyre also very quick to talk down every other tenant that rents from them. I know things about their clients that i shouldn't know. Im sure they do the same about me to others. Steer clear!"

"This company told me they couldn’t rent an apartment to my parents because they are too “old to have stairs”… My father is in his late 40s and my mother is in her early 50s. Both extremely capable of living with stairs. The woman who told me this is named Rain (or so she says). Fair housing violation? Yes."

"Are rude they will lie to your face they will call ,harrase you, , if anybody thinks I'm about moving in to the lower apartment number one I don't know about the others but I have had two major spider bites I've had to go to the hospital one I just about died had to have surgery wasfor days my husband got in bit, there are scorpions here brown recluse and some weird little worm thing that's got legs all over the bottom I've never seen it before please do not move in here with a child,"

"Very unprofessional. They like to make up rules as they go and call you yelling about you violating a rule they made up even though it isn't in the contract. They micromanage the people that lease from them, but don't take care of the property. They get very emotional and take it out on you."

"I haven't had dealing with them for very long but already an issue has arisen. We have a signed contract but they are calling us and threatening us for things they made up that arent actually in the contract. I don't appreciate being hassled by Patsy because of somthing she made up after the contract was signed!"
