"The managers are awful. They lie about everything. Things do not get fixed, mold gets painted over and the manager is awful to the contractors she hires to do work she will not let them do the things they suggest and are needed, she tries to convince them to do bad work that leaves the tenants at risk. She asked a worker to hook up an oven that was broken and unsafe to use she insisted he try it anyway. He refused multiple times and told her she’d have to hire someone else to do What she’s asking because he wasn’t hooking it up in any apartment. She finally decided to buy a used one per his multiple request and threat to walk away from the job. She will not give you back your deposit she lied to me for three weeks going on four about how she mailed it out already and then saying oh she didn’t yet so I could come get it in person to oh she has to call another manager because she’s no longer the manager and she doesn’t know anything about my deposit. Worst management."

"I actually give this place 0 stars! It was an amazing place to live until the new owners took it over... things don't get fixed when they say they are going to...if they do at all!! The manager lies about everything!! "Oh we will fix it for you in 3 days"...means more like 2+ weeks. Took 9 months to replace the windows in my bedroom that their lawn service busted out.. had to go all winter! Latest is the sewage backup in my living room, hallway, and bedroom that took then 3 days to get cleaned.. she even lied to the carpet cleaner saying it was water from. The water heater.. he came in,, said nope, and walked away...ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!"
