"Roach and Spider problems, Landlord is very inattentive and bias towards “colored” tenants… Full of Addicts walking around and causing disturbances… Parents don’t watch their children (scratching cars, etc) and she will change the rent… The old owner Benita doesn’t own anymore Bendi Dunn (Dunn realties)now owns it. She sucks"
"Sound barrier not good. Been living here five years and I can hear everything outside and below. Walls have started cracking, stove burner quit working, and bathroom ceiling falling in. Bathroom and kitchen are carpeted which does not make sense. Property neglected by owners and it takes forever to get something fixed. Will not help with bugs if you get them."
