"If these appointments are ran by Carol wecker, do not rent from this property manager!!! I have video of her admitting that since she is the property manager at village gardens 3 in Bismarck that she could come on to the rental property and throw your personal property away without warning and I also have her on video comitting multiple felonys, for theft, property damage and assault along with tampering with a motor vehicle.i also have a video of her trying to grab a recording device out of my hands and she committed assault in the process. Contact gene Cumberland for more info and I can show you multiple videos of the property manager commiting multiple felonys as a property manager and I am working on a class action law suit and would like and love to hear from other tenants who have had issues with her. "Pretty bad overall. Long wait times for repairs. You likely will not get your deposit back, even if you pay for cleaners. I've lived at three other complexes and never had a problem with any of the others. Also had a problem with the property manager on more than one occasion."

"My family lived there for 5 years. We moved out because no repairs were being done, rent was steadily increased, and the manager was extremely rude and confrontational. My sister-in-law’s dryer hasn’t worked in months and her stove catches fire when it’s plugged in - no repairs yet and she has two small children living there. It has become a complete slum"

It was not ready to rent, as of yesterday, Nov. 12, 2019, it still was not ready, and no word on my application, but how strange that today Nov. 13, 2019, I stop by because I'm in the area for business, and was informed that it has been rented already. Waste of time, and resources."

"The best apartment complex I've lived in and I've been in many. The owner takes care of his buildings and maintenance takes care of any problems should one arise. The office manager is a wonderful down to earth lady. I definitely would recommend living here. 1 and 2 bedrooms, all electric, pet friendly no more than $545."
