"I have lived here almost my entire life. The apartments are nice, and bigger than they look on the outside. On the grounds, there is a small park for children(with a bbq pit and tables) and a laundromat open 24/7 to tenants. The staff is very nice, and they do whatever they can to make the tenants feel welcome and safe. If you ever have a problem, maintenance will get it fixed as soon as possible, and are very friendly. My family and I have never had any personal problems with these apartments and I would recommend to anyone."

"Me and my family have lived here for awhile we have even moved into a bigger apartment. We havnt had any problems here. The ladies that work in the office are very nice and understandinf, If there is any issues they listen and get it taken care of quick. The grounds are kept up on. The laundry mat is always working and clean. The maintenance men are very nice and quick when they come in even when my 4 year old wants to talk there ear off. We love the look of our apartment they are updating things all the time to make it look nicer and convenient. The apartments are right in the middle of town so its a quick drive but when the weather is nice you can walk everywhere. There is a little park at the complex with benches and a bbq pit. But there is also a big park across the street. Me and my family love it here."

"Festus Gardens is a good place to live I have lived here for almost 10 years. The Management team they have now as really cleaned up the place. They are income based, within walking distance of parks, stores, the library and more. The management is very nice they care about the families that live here. They have a summer program the feeds the kids in around the community lunch, they also do fun stuff for the kids on the Holidays. They take the time to get to know you. The maintenance team is also very nice, I have never had a problem getting something fixed. I would recommend these Apartments to anybody needing a place."
