Oak Knoll Apartments

"I have a relative that lives here and one of the neighbors smokes pot all day and night long. The apartment smells so bad I am concern for my relatives health. I am going to write the governor and my senators. This is outrageous to have to put up with. You should be able to breath clean air in your apartment. Management should not allow this or have a designated area for it. The last call I had with my relative they were wheezing while on the call. Awful!"

"Wish I could give zero stars. The management is unprofessional and told us we would be getting our apartment, we were just waiting for the new floors and paint. After not hearing from them and they ignored our calls for weeks we went in and they decided that we wouldn't be able to rent the apartment after telling us we were just waiting for things to be finished up. The place is a joke and the management is horrible. They lost our application and the paperwork filled out by our employers and made us waste more time getting more paperwork filled out. Don't waste your time unless you feel like playing games going back and fourth with these people."

"The managers are no where to be found these days. My poor granddaughter has had to live without air conditioning most of the summer. Her sink leaks in kitchen she reported to them and was told it would be fixed. No one has showed up after all this time and they won't answer the phone. Go to maintenance office and funny there is no one there. It's like drop rent in box and bye bye."

"Ive lived here 3 years and never had a problem with Vicki. All my concerns were addressed. I realized problems were put on a work list and the list could be long but in an emergency it was a taken care of ASAP, providing those who Vicki answered to, would approve a service tech or new appliance. My apartment is my home inside and out. I do my best to keep both in the best condition I can."
