"We live at Scott now for about two years. The houses are nice but I never thought I have to deal with neighbors doing drugs or parents just letting their kids go wild and use playgrounds as toilets. Even after reporting it, the hunt employees didn’t feel like doing anything. More did we become a target because other employees where involved. I could go on and on…."

"Houses are covered in mold. The playgrounds are not maintained. The tennis courts have cracks and grass growing all over them. The only positive is the employees do a good job on work orders."
"Hunt Military communities is one of the most crooked businesses that takes advantage of military families. The houses are in disarray and when you bring problems to their attention, they gaslight you and force you to take the problem up the chain of management until it’s resolved. They do not take responsibility for their own negligence. For example, a rotten tree branch fell on my husbands car, and they called it “an act of god” even though they came out a few days later to trim hundreds of other rotten tree branches FROM THE SAME TREE. There’s a spider painted into the laundry room door. They just painted right over it. The carpet is the cheapest that money can buy. The backyard fences are all falling apart. The appliances break often. There’s pantry shelving in the master closet. I can’t wait to move and never deal with these people again. Taking advantage of military members is LOW. But Hunt Companies isn’t afraid to stoop to that level."
