"Where do I start with what I am about to say regarding this apartment complex. First and for most if you are charging someone something it needs to be in writing with a full description as to what's being charged and why. I was late on my rent (which by the way was my fault). I didn't receive any documentation that it was being sent to an attorney due to me being late. What I received was a seven day notice to pay, nothing about attorney or fees associated with the attorney. Thankfully I am able to take care of my rent which by the way was not past 30 days I just had other things come up that pushed me behind. I was told that I would have to pay attorney fees, which by the way I haven't received anything in writing regarding the fees. I have asked for the information and was told that I would get the information in writing(Thank you). Once I do get the information in writing I will have my own attorney to review before I do anything. Whatever you do please don't get behind on your rent or if life happens because the way their business is conducted is not professional at all. This is nothing towards management, because she is AMAZING!!"
