"I have enjoyed my stay in the Willow Park community. It is a quiet neighborhood and I feel safe. Maintenance staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Jamie has been easy to work; helpful and understanding whenever I had any issues. I really appreciated getting an email reminder to pay rent last month; given that life has been more hectic during this pandemic I completely forgot! I stopped by the office to personally thank her. Sarah, the leasing agent has also been very helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend this community to others as well!"

"Management responded and fixed the problem I called about. It was a stuck diverter in bath tub faucet. Water pressure is low also, although that’s maybe not a fault of apartment management."

"Our maintenance crew was on my issue within 30 minutes. He also touched base with me before he arrived assessing the situation and telling me when he would be here.
