Villas at Crystal Lake

"The things I loved about these apartments are the layout, the finishes - granite countertops, the tall ceilings, the size of the windows - they let in a lot of light. The rooms are of a good size, the bathrooms are also a good size. Double sinks in the kitchen, a spray hose attached to the faucet, these touches make a difference to me. Management takes care of the tenants and provides access to food trucks and different events for the residents to enjoy. Maintenance takes care of requests in an acceptable time. The grounds were kept well in all seasons, snow removal, painting etc. There are garages available for rent, there's a pool, a gym, and disposal areas for pet waste. There is adequate parking and dumpsters near the buildings. Most of the residents are considerate of others. This is a good community to live in. Those are the things I enjoyed about VCL. Check them out!"

"Good place to live. Very goid amenities. Maintenance is on top of any issues. Office staff is easy, friendly, and professional. Most recently, management offered morning bagels and cream cheese to the Crystal Lake community. That was awesome!"

"My partner and I have lived here for 3 years and would have stayed longer if we hadn’t purchase a house. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very friendly, efficient in their work, and respond in a timely manner. The apartments are fairly quiet and we very rarely hear our neighbors when we are inside. The staff goes above and beyond with communication and expectations. I also really enjoy that they invite food trucks every once in a while. The community is very friendly, I feel very safe walking around the complex and visiting the pool/ gym. The site is also very clean and has great landscaping. I would definitely recommend these apartments!"
