"The staff was great but Dr. Clarence Abella was horrible! I had to take my Dad in for a scar and Dr. Clarence has no bedside manners...he didn't even introduce himself. Came right in, said what he thought the issue was without even really examining anything. I had to ask him if he was going to clean the scar and he didn't even put on gloves before he opened an alcohol pad and tried to swipe it over an open sore. He then pointed to where the bandages were instead of properly dressing the scar. He wasn't even in the room for 3 minutes. He prescribed antibiotics and sent us on the way. Seems like he's only interested in how much money he can make instead of truly caring for patients."

"Doctor's are not adequate to provide the right services. Waited on Xrays results for 3 days. I literally had to go back in person and get the results. For the doctor to say if I am pain to follow up with my doctor. Horrible"

"Very disappointed with the service. On the window, it says walk ins welcome and no appointment necessary. However, when I walked in, the receptionist said they weren’t accepting walk ins anymore. The lobby was empty. I was very sick, with my pulse rate at 127 and fever 102.3. I went to another urgent care. My point is why display something on your window and then inside have something else. Very unprofessional!"

"i’ma be so real right now. The nurses/receptionists here are sweethearts! It’s the doctor yall should be worried about. Take that lgbt friendly sticker off this clinic’s google page that’s a whole lie. This doctor is WEIRD and unprofessional. This girl has no patience with care. Also wait time is so terrible cuz all she does is sit her big ahh on her chair for hours until she feels like working on the next patient. She’s definitely the type of doctor to gossip regardless of the hippa laws. You are better off going to midwest, howard brown or any other nearby ones. I promise you that!!!!!!!!!!!"
