"I have been working with Dr. Siddiqui in a professional setting for a while now. I have referred all of my clients to be under Dr. Siddiqui's care. He is extremely helpful and patient with the people he see's. He is very supportive of his clients and makes sure they get the help needed. He takes the time to hear the clients out, as well as myself. Dr. Siddiqui has sat with me to talk about ways to better support my clients and to help figure out the best ways to support the clients. Throughout my clients time seeing Dr. Siddiqui, they have made tremendous improvements,; Dr. Siddiqui is always willing to take calls and answer messages at all times about questions I have about medications or clients behaviors. His receptionist is also very kind and helpful, she is easy to work with and always is willing to help you get an appointment or move things around. "SSBH is one of the best psychiatric practices I have been to. They are timely in returning phone calls, were kind to me as a patient, had scheduling availability ( I was looking for an appointment for months and they accommodated me) within a few weeks, and Dr. Siddiqui always responds to his pages. A few times I had an urgent question, and he called me back right away. The office staff was very helpful. The practice manager called me a few times when I had a billing question, and always got a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend anyone in need of psychiatric services to Dr. Siddiqui, he is so kind and compassionate, and his specialty is the elderly."

"Rude and entitled staff It took 3 phone calls to get my appointment scheduled. This would have been my first appt with Dr. Siddiqui. The night before my scheduled appointment my son was rushed to urgent care and was scheduled for an MRI the following day at the same time as my doctor appt with Siddiqui. I called in the morning to cancel my appt and was told I'd have to pay $50 cancellation fee. I was not informed of such fee prior to this. Explained that my son was scheduled for an MRI and obviously was an emergency situation. The receptionist sent me to the Practice Manager, Vishwani, who insisted I pay the $50 in order to reschedule my appointment and continuously interrupted/spoke over me. I asked to speak with Dr. Siddiqui and she said "no, you cannot, I am in charge here!". She said is there anything else I can do for you? I said yes and she hung up the line. I called back and she asked again, if there was anything she could do for me. I began to speak and said it wasn't fair to expect someone to pay $50 for a canceled appt when there was no notice or agreement of such fee in advance, let alone it was an emergency situation. She said it doesn't matter that they did not inform me of the $50 cancelation fee in advance of making my appt. I began to say that it is totally reasonable for a no call/no show, however before I got that out she hung up the line on me once again. Very disappointing. I will be reporting this to the doctor who referred me to Siddiqui as they may wish to reconsider referrals. Seems they are unclear as to who the customer is and rather inconsiderate."
