"Dog was terribly sick.they saw her right away and got her feeling better"
"I found out my cat had worms on Friday. The vets I usually go to didn’t have openings until the next week. Banfield had an opening for Saturday. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30pm. I got a call an hour before hand and they told me that’s actually their lunch time so they moved my appointment to 4:30pm. Fine, I could wait. I got there on time and the receptionist put me in a room. No one came into the room for 45 minutes. The receptionist came in to check on me and got all the details as to why I was there. I was there for 2 hours and not once did I talk to a veterinarian or a vet assistant. The receptionist was amazing and very helpful. I asked her if I could speak to the vet that was taking care of my cat and she said she would ask. Vet still didn’t come in. I’m only giving it an extra star because the receptionist was amazing and tried to answer all of my questions despite not knowing. And my cat got dewormed but the customer service was not worth the $230 I spent here."

"This is the only vet we've known. It was great our first year but not so much latley...confusion and high office fees and high staff turnover has been the struggle. But I'll remain hopeful that things will improve because my baby seems to like Banfield, and that says alot...he's very particular like his mommy. Lol...I can say, however, that they have or at least the office manager or lead person has been responsive when I've had an issue. I give them grace because I'm a new pet owner and still learning as well."
