"Starting from the front desk individuals, they are extremely kind, personable and very professional. Always accomodating with schedules!! Michelle, my therapist, is great! Very Professional, gentle, kind and explains everything extremely well and always makes sure that you understand the instructions and exercises. She always has a great positive attitude, not matter how much discomfort you are in. I also had Wesley as a therapist. His technique of massage was a bit different from Michelle's but definitely in a positive way. Both very good in their massage techniques!! He knows how to manipulate the area that you are having issues with and you leave feeling much better. I would definitely use IBJI PT or any further treatments if need be."
