"Lived there for over 7 years and a neighbor for 13 years and the staff, management and service technicians are courteous and good to have as landlords. Highly recommend as there are 24 three bedroom townhouses with many pluses all just alike with good neighbors."

"Very nice apartments. Close to everything, including if I wanted to take a trip into St. Louis for an afternoon for shopping or see a ballgame. Owner's agent is very quick to respond to questions and whenever there was an issue (as any apartment has) they were quick to get it resolved. Had a couple of neighbors that were very noisy and were trying to bully the rest of us but the owner stepped in immediately and took care of it and sent them packing. Nice, quiet place to live. Would recommend to anyone!"

"Very Disgusting place to live. The owner doesn’t accept fault when he is in a wrong. My lease said NO PETS ALLOWED 1month after living there my 7 yr old got Mauled by the neighbors VICIOUS PITBULL. The owner asked me if I wanted out my lease I said yes!!! Once he realize I wasn’t one of his section 8 clients he denied me getting out of my lease. He talked to me really aggressively as well as his leasing manager. On top of that my apartment was infested with mice they were living inside the back of my fridge were their was an opening. I sent the owner emails of pictures of mice, mice feces and debris behind my fridge. I requested a new fridge never got one or it cleaned out. My apartment was never throughly cleaned before I moved in. Then my car windshields gets cracked from the kids throwing Rocks!!! The leasing manager rewinds the camera she says “she saw the kids throwing rocks but didn’t see one hit my car.” I believe the building is built on wet land. Everyday it was crickets, Rollie Pollies, and silver fish in my kitchen and living room. Every Summer the apartment is infested with Ants so bad also my A/c unit went out multiple times. Took days too weeks for someone to come and fix it. When maintenance do come they don’t knock on every occasion. They have entered my apartment on several occasions while I was home downstairs without knocking. When I reported it to the owner he justified them entering my apartment without knocking. One time they entered I was sleep and woke up to a man walking up my steps. No name tag no uniform nothing just a stranger in my home. I ran and called the police. After going off on the owner the property manager gave me a 10 day notice saying I breech my contract cause my man is living here. But We have been here for 2 years. He’s the one who handed them the first month rent and security deposit. I didn’t receive an email, text,mail, or a call saying maintenance was coming to my apartment. Lmao. On top of that they denied me my security deposit and added some stuff on there basically saying I owe them. I could’ve swore this is 2018 who don’t record everything now of days??? Upon moving in I recorded the whole place with the leasing manager giving me a walk through!!! So I can’t wait to go to court!!!But anyways my pipes had black mold in them and black mold growing under the sink. Mold all on the walls in the bedroom closets and in the living room. Just disgusting. Carpet old filthy upon moving in. I couldn’t move my stuff in right away until I had to have it cleaned. That was after I paid for the place. I was under the impression it was going to be cleaned before my arrival. My neighbors was really disrespectful I couldn’t even play my music without the police being called for no reason. Also the neighbors flooded their laundry room and my bathroom I had to clean it up. U would think they would replace to bubble up wall from water damage. No they didn’t. So u know that’s going to have mold in it over time. Also my brand new car got scratched up from the neighbors but it’s not their fault the parking is tight and horrible. Kids u don’t know sits on your car like it’s not a problem or they sitting in front of your door like they live their. I wouldn’t expect all I’ve been through with the price I was paying. Didn’t know it cost 890 a month to stay in HeLL!!!!DON’T Move Here Run!!!!"

"I can believe African Americans are being discriminated against with this place of business. The entire city of Collinsville is racist and discriminatory against African Americans. Collinsville city need to be broadcast worldwide. The school system, The police departments racial profiles, The realtors, The public Library, The banks, The residents of Collinsville, It’s best to move to Edwardsville, Fairview Heights, Cahokia, Belleville, were black people are more excepted."
