"10/10 would not recommend. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Don’t get me wrong, they were great when we were doing the application process and getting us in early. But as soon as we got the keys it was the worst mistake ever. The unit was disgustingly dirty. I took a whole day cleaning before we even moved anything in. The floors literally left our feet black. It didn’t matter what I used to mop the floors. How many times or I did it. The floor was always turned every single thing back. They claim that they are updated units as well. They are not. Do not listen to that. The first time I used our dishwasher, black smoke rolled out of it. When I called maintenance they did nothing about it. Just told me to keep the drying switch off. Not to mention that we literally had to get rid of a lot of our items because they have bed bugs. They charge you for unknown fees. And like to change your lease around. So much for rent being $900 and then there only being a $75 amenity fee. That’s a lie. $75 for what?? Because we got charged for water and the amenity fee. What amenities? You don’t have a pool. You don’t have on-site laundry. You don’t have garages. Please let me know. They don’t do anything about any kinds of complaints. And when we decided to break our lease… Michelle decided to harass me about it. Wanted to be so nice to my fiancée when he’d go into the office to confront her about it. But man is she nasty on the phone. I let them send me to collections just so I wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore. How horrible."

"Recently met Kyle and he was amazing ! Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to provide us what we needed to make an informed decision. He made our stressful visit so much easier."

"****Moved in a month ago and everything is great! Quiet area and I feel safe. Kyle and Michelle continue to be available and friendly! SO happy with my choice of apartments SO....I am in the middle of getting the paperwork done...BUT...it has been a GREAT and EASY experience! Kyle is SO responsive and Michelle and I got to speak at length. Ignore the below negative reviews and call this place! They are upfront about the $75 amenity fee...still way cheaper to have trash, TV and internet paid!"

"Michelle is unprofessional rude and very disrespectful. Read your lease before you sign it . She is very retaliatory, she tried to discourage me from making a police report when someone came into the apartment and stole my compound bow and arrows set and told the police I didn't have a bow and arrow set mind you she's never been in my Apartment and the only people who has a key to the apartment was my fiancé and myself and metro apartment and there was no force entry . She's nor anyone is suppose to leave notes on your door if has anything to do with your personal affairs with Metro Apartment. I have proof and recordings of them doing such . Over all when she came everything went to Hell . With many other negative. Read all reviews about Michelle and ask her to give you the Owners number I bet you won't get it . But his name is Andy make sure you request his number because you're going to need it ."

"I just wanna say first off thank you to the Metro in Collinsville team! Michelle and Kyle are awesome. So Kyle was my first point of contact and I must say that his professionalism is unmatched! Kyle walked me through the process step by step which really allowed me to also focus on selling my house and moving into my new apartment! Now Michelle is the office manager and also absolutely one hundred percent wonderful, professional and just a all around sweet heart! She made sure all of my maintenance needs where mat, and handed properly. ( the whole year I only had 2 minor requests) So I loved my apartment so much that a year later I'm still here but this time I'm moving into a larger townhouse. I recommend that anyone wanting to move into an apartment community give Metro in Collinsville a try"
