"my experience here has been absolutely amazing, i had a bit of a wait due to being a walk in but when i spoke to the doctor it was fast i was with Dr.Lyman she was kind and fast with checking in on me and making sure i was cared for i definitely recommend this place they actually listen to their patients"

"First of all I want to say the pediatrician Dr Shirazzi is very nice and a good doctor so this review is no reflection on her, it’s too bad she is at this clinic. But everyone else who works here is really not good. The front desk staff speaks in a monotone without making eye contact like you’re not a person. And usually nurses and med assistants who work with kids are friendly and kind but I haven’t met one nurse who was friendly or nice to my baby. After coming for a year with no missed or late appointments, I arrived on one particularly difficult hectic morning at 8:29 for an 8:30 appointment. Then stood in line at reception when I got there because they had only one person checking people in. The receptionist said she was cancelling my appointment because I was late. She would make no exceptions and have no compassion and then proceeded to give my appointment to a walk in patient. It’s like talking to a machine. No human feeling, no compassion, just rules. Not to mention my daughter was supposed to receive a vaccine today which was the second in a series, and they are timed very precisely for immune response. So now that is going to be late and who knows if it will take effect the way it is supposed to. So they are risking the health of a child. I put up with the receptionists and the nursing staff for the sake of the doctor that I liked, but after that we’re done with that place and will find a new pediatrician where the support staff can be kind and professional. Plus the facility itself is overcrowded and looks dirty and outdated. They don’t have special beds in the exam rooms for kids, they’re just normal sized for adults so the whole thing feels weird and a little unsafe. UPDATE: So as I said I am switching to a new doctor and this clinic has been a nightmare in releasing my baby’s medical records. They said it will take 30 days to release them which is obviously unacceptable since she already has an appointment at a new doctor. Then I tried to register for the patient portal (which they never told me about) so I can print them myself but you have to go in person to register. So I did, the receptionist said it will take an hour to get the email. Of course it never came so I called back and they said I have to go back in person and register again. The level of incompetence is amazing to me and what is worse they do not care and are in no way apologetic for their mistakes. If you have any option at all, run the other direction from this place!"

"The receptionists are so sweet and patient! I came to my appointment and my son’s appointment and they were so nice towards us. They welcomed us in and checked us in on time. Would definitely recommend! Especially Vanessa!"
