"I went 2x a week for 4 weeks. I worked primarily with Brendan. He was fantastic! I could barely walk from possible arthritis in lower back, and he put me through multiple exercises that have truly helped recover my strength, mobility and confidence in my body again. I also worked with David and Jamal. I was quite happy with all aspects and personal. During my time there, I was able to observe all of the staff interactions with their patients, and was impressed with their overall performance and quality of care.The facility was always clean, and was a safe space to seek treatment!!
