"I got pregnant on birth control and already had three other kids at home raising as a single parent with divorce and did not want any more kids. The father of my baby was not supportive at all. I had no where to go I thought until I went to avenue Womens center and had an ultrasound done to see my baby and see how many weeks I was. I felt very comfortable with the staff and they Were very helpful with pamphlets and advice. I was not pressured into any decisions and they were there to listen. I decided to keep my baby and I owe it to avenue women's center."
