The property manager Ms Denise has been so helpful from the very beginning. She is always available and I can tell she works hard to maintain the property."

"I have been at Fordyce Apartments for several years now. However I wanted to comment on the current property Manager, Denise. Denise has been wonderful to work with on all issues. If I need something fixed, she will respond to texts right away and have someone knocking at the door to fix my issue. Heck, Denise will come fix it too if she is on property. I have really enjoyed having her as the property manager and never worry about any issues being fixed. Thanks Denise!"

"My family and I have lived at Fordyce Manor for three plus years. Ms. Denise has been extremely helpful and accommodating since she began managing Fordyce Manor. If we have an issue such as the faucets or windows , Ms. Denise has maintenance out as soon as possible. We are in a unit with a walkout basement and there is a shared open backyard/field which is a definite bonus. Not to mention, the schools are some of the best in the area. In all it is a great place to live."

"I’m currently a Tenant of Fordyce and have been so for a little over 2 years. When applying Ms. Denise was extremely welcoming and she worked around my schedule allowing the process to go smoothly. Since I’ve been here I have not had ANY issues. My neighbors are nice and is very respectful of the parking. Maintenance work orders are addressed immediately! Thank you Ms. Denise for all that you do and I will definitely recommend these updated townhomes to anyone."
