"After reading over the few negative reviews, I feel that I should share my experience with the Nourish team as well. My husband had nothing but positive things to say about Nourish when he was a patient, so when I got my cancer diagnosis, Nourish was who I thought I could trust on this journey to healing. I unfortunately, was very wrong. Having cancer as a young mother is scary enough. The lack of communication and many mistakes made by Nourish added so much unnecessary stress and financial strain (I’ve spent close to $2k in about two months) to my daily life. For example, I would have to regularly make contact with them about issues that they failed to communicate to me for weeks. Instead of apologizing and making amends for these mistakes, no one takes accountability. If I wasn’t calling or emailing, I’m certain no one would bother to follow up on my care. For the sake of time, I will leave it at that. There have been *many* other challenges as well to receive the proper care. I’ve felt like nothing but a dollar sign my entire experience, and I would not recommend this office if you are dealing with a serious diagnosis."
