"My complaint isn't with the medical group, but the 3rd party they use to bill. I've had a claim billed incorrectly in August 2022. I've called 10+ times over the course or the past year, over 3 calls of which were 3 ways WITH the insurance. The billing company kept sending it to the wrong department, so the claim said its out of network. The insurance told the billing person the dr IS in network and the remaining balance WAS NOT patient responsibility. The billing department noted everything, but the 3rd party is REFUSING to rebill, even sending the balance into collections once. When you speak to the billing within NW they say they don't have any contact with the 3rd party and can't even give you a supervisor to speak with. The 3rd party will not call the insurance directly to see they're billing incorrectly, even when claims made a month later (which were billed correctly after I had them change the info) and were covered 100%. I've worked for medical billing companies before and can tell you that their refusal is absolute laziness. There's no excuse to not be willing to call the insurance, especially when the billing errors was theirs to begin with. I still can't speak to any supervisors, they refuse to transfer me. If this can't get resolved, we will have to take the bill to court."

"A patient should never have to be treated as my doctor treated me. Other than an obnoxious, condecending doctor who does not listen to me and gets irate when I ask a question (Dr. Axe) I truly love NW. Hopefully I will change my review to a five star after my next appointment with my new doctor. I have been with NW for a handful of years now. I love the Grayslake location, nice buildings, clean facilities, really nice staff. I truly enjoy attending my appointments here. I cannot give NW a bad review because of one really bad apple."

"I wish I could give a 6th star. I refuse to go anywhere else for medical help but here... This place is different. In a era when great healthcare is hard to come by, these fine men and women have really done a outstanding job. I have been sick many times in the last year. Everyone, every last one of them, from the front desk to the blood draw technician, to the doctors and nurses, everyone provided above and beyond amazing care. I feel better already just from the conversations I had. Healthy is about being well and happy. These people are truly gifted at providing just that, a clean smile of health and exceptional care.... Special shout out to Olivia the blood draw tech. You gave me hope, that is something that is hard to come by. Thank you all so much!"
