"I would just like to say Darrienne has been awesome and super patient with the application process with me. I’m relocating from Gulf Shores to St. Louis and had originally applied at one of their other properties that had a long wait list. I requested my application be transferred to Chateau and she had it done in a days time. With me not physically being there she was nice enough to show a friend of mine the unit I was leasing so I could see it on Face time. She was prompt when returning emails and phone calls and everything was done electronically which was huge for me. I’m extremely pleased with how smooth the process has been. Signed my lease a few days and move in December 1."

"Our maintenance team are super heroes in my eyes. I have watched residents move out and leave a house full of stuff for our two maintenance staff to clear. They have to remove all items from the apartment and get it ready for the next person and it's only the two of them. And they get it done, and they are so respectful to the residents. Even though we tend to call them a totally different name. They deserve a round of applause. Keep up the great work."

"I stopped by these lovely townhomes last week while looking for my home search and fell in love with them. I loved the reviews and had to see for my self. The office manager she was really nice and she was so patient with me while I'll had so many questions for her. I also noticed the maintenance men picking up trash and that is a plus for me. Every resident that came in the office while I was there was very polite and even acknowledged my presence. I hope there is not an waiting list when I am ready to move in a few months...wish me luck!"

"I have lived in Chateau Du Mont for about 4 years now. I love the area and the school district. I love the New Staff(Darrienne and the maintenance workers). **Kristen and Kristina as well**. I started having issues with my townhome off and on maybe 2 years ago. Darrienne fought hard to make sure everything was replaced and fixed. The townhomes are very spacious and the area I live is really quiet. So I would Highly recommended for the school district alone and the space."

"I lived at Chateau Du Mont Townhomes for more than 4 yrs. It has one of the best school's districts and was perfect for me and my teenage daughter through all of her high school years. The community is nice and quiet, enjoyed the security of being around the corner from police station. While there the management changed once, but it was seamless, both managers Christine and Darienne where great and always on top of any issues I had. The only reason for my move was, I wasn't able to do steps anymore."
