"Make sure if possible you make an appointment. It saves you from waiting in a long line and giving all your information over again and out loud in front of everyone! Even with an appointment, I still waited in an empty waiting room for 25 min! They really need to do better! Their billing is not! They have no bills that are sent to you they all just get sent to collections! So be prepared for that. I have spoken to several administrators about this, and they tell me it's a big problem that they don't know how to fix."

"Unfortunately they overcharge for office visits ($1,100), and don’t honor PPO discounts. Call before you go and get confirmation on what it will cost you first. Check your bill thoroughly. This place will put you into major debt just checking you for strep, and they also charge a monthly fee/interest for setting up payment arrangements. The good part is the staff is great, But that doesn’t do much good if you can’t afford to go there."

"This place just wasted the last 2 hours of our time before bedtime for my 2 under 2 and now I have to go wait somewhere else. The person who registered us (who did the registration including my insurance cards!) did not mention that they DIDN’T TAKE OUR INSURANCE! During the visit, I asked about how contagious my oldest sons condition was and if I should just get the treatment for my younger son if he was just going to get it a few days later and was given the option to register my younger son to get him treated as well. It wasn’t until I registered, waited in the waiting room, and had our vitals taken and was in the process of registering my youngest (with a different staff member) which was 2 hours after our arrival, that they told us that our insurance was not accepted there. We picked up our sons from daycare at 445pm and made it to the immediate care before 5. I am posting this at 7pm which is bedtime for my toddlers. I now have to go to an er because urgent cares are closed and will not be able to even get them medicine tonight because pharmacies are closed!!! None of which would have been a problem if they had not let us wait for 2 HOURS!! If I receive a bill for any part of this “service” I will absolutely be getting an attorney and pursuing litigating regarding the suffering of my children and the lost wages for not being able to take them to daycare tomorrow because I now cannot get their medications today."

"I wasn't feeling well so I found out my insurance covered this location so I headed in. Parking was easy and the sign in process was simple. I did wait a little bit but I assume when going into an immediate care that would happen, but I was appreciative that staff keep me updated on the next step or delays. The rooms were cleaned and organized. When I needed further testing, the employee's explained things so I understood what was going on and provided the tests in a very timely manner. I ended up with a situation that needed meds and they even went through all the info on the meds before I left to pick them up. I would go back if I needed to use immediate care again. Thanks to the hard-working staff. Fall 2023 update, dealing with a cold so I headed back to this location and got even better service than I did 2 years ago. You check in towards the back then head to the front waiting area is the only update. The doctor on staff was extremely helpful and explained everything in a way I understood. To be able to get all the tests done in one location is worth the drive. Keep up the great work."
