"One of the absolute worst places to live in the city of St. Charles. Within my first month of living there I had already had to complaints for my kids being "to loud". The office staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. I lived there for 3 months and kept my place spotless but I'm not getting my whole deposit back. Its all just a bunch of BS if u ask me."

"I would not ever recommend living here. Office staff is not friendly, very unprofessional. Maintenance doesn't do much but walk around and talk to people. He is very nosey, likes to get into peoples personal lives instead of doing his job. The place is very gross. Pool is nasty not cleaned when it is open. Laundry mat is very small and does not work well. Have to end up going somewhere else to do laundry. Place should be shut down. I would give no stars if I could. List could go on."
