"I went here in December was told my copay was $128. I told receptionist that my copay was $25, she said I wouldn’t be seen unless I paid $128. I paid the $128, the PA was great. Trying to get my $103 overpayment back, not so easy. Went to office in Palatine, they were nice and tried to find the check from my insurance. Had to be over 2 weeks of unopened mail. They gave me billing department phone number. Recording said someone will be with you within 5 min; 28 minutes later. I asked for number for corporate office but instead was given OM Support which was not answered. I googled corporate office and called; no one answers that phone either. Not a business that understands how to do business. So disappointing."
"2 hours to get stitches in while there was only one other person there and I could hear the staff's casual, unrelated conversation through the door was not the best experience. neither was showing up 15 minutes after they claimed to be open and being greeted by a locked door and lights off. the stitches procedure went well so I can't be too harsh though the overall experience could have been much smoother"
"I recently used Physicians Immediate Care for a suspected ear infection. I walked in about 1:00 without an appointment and was seen within the hour (there are appointments available though). The PA was great, as was the nurse. The nurse, Kristen I think? (or Kristina?) was AMAZING. She made me very comfortable and was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back when needed."
