"I want to give this place a 0 star rating, I've been to several dentists, and I have never experienced a dentist who is so rude and has attitude. I came a bit late and he got mad at me and I told him and explained to him why. My school told me that I was going home 20 minutes after my mom told them that she was there to pick me up, and she texted me too, but we're not allowed to use our phones. I told this to the doctor and told me never to make an appointment again at 3 pm and to make it during the day. I can't go during the daytime because then I'll miss school and I can't miss school. I told all this to the doctor and wanted to blame me, and I told him again is not my fault. Then he said, "I'm sorry you can't use your phone at school," and apologize for other things about this, but he was being sarcastic and saying it with an attitude. And since he was so mad about it, he poked my tongue several times and hurt my gums on purpose. I also gagged a couple of times because I have gagging reflexes, and he got so mad and pissed about it, and because of that, he gave me a look. I do not remember to come here. This dentist is so rude and has ver much attitude problems. And if the dentist of this place is reading this, get mental help, go to therapy, sir, because your behavior is not acceptable, you are not a child, and this ain't kindergarten."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL DENTIST!!! If you are a woman - avoid this dentist at all cost! If you are a woman going through tough times - avoid this dentist at all cost! I recently visited "Brite Dental Care," and it was one of the worst encounters with a healthcare professional I ever had in my life. Dr. Kwon's rude and dismissive attitude persisted throughout all appointments. He barely gave me the chance to voice my concerns about the pain in my mouth, brushing off my complaints as if they were inconsequential. What was even more shocking was Dr, Kwon's tendency to make personal attacks during the examinations. Instead of focusing on my dental issues, he criticized my breathing and accused me of disliking him for no apparent reason. I felt hesitant to share my dental concerns due to his unprofessional behavior. What made matters even worse was the sense of entitlement he exuded. Despite being compensated for his services by my insurance, he acted as though he was doing me a favor by working on my teeth. As a professional, he should have been grateful for the opportunity to serve his patients, rather than treating them with disdain and a sense of superiority. However the mistreatment didn't stop with me; it extended to his own assistant as well. She seemed to be walking on eggshells, and it was evident that she was afraid of him. It seamed as he was trying to appear kinder towards her in my presence, but the underlying frustration and impatience he displayed were unmistakable. Witnessing this interaction only added to my discomfort during visits. Furthermore, throughout the entire appointment and every single time, Dr. Kwon seemed perpetually in a rush, as if my presence was merely an inconvenience to him. It was as if he didn't have the time to attend to my dental issues properly and couldn't wait to be done with me. I felt being treated as an afterthought, with lack of respect for my needs as a patient. What made matters even worse was the sense of entitlement he exuded. Despite being compensated for his services by my insurance, he acted as though he was doing me a favor by working on my teeth. As a professional, he should have been grateful for the opportunity to serve his patients, rather than treating them with disdain and a sense of superiority. The final straw came when I was handed a fine for a missed appointment. When I arrived to the next appointment I informed him that I was unable to pay the fine that day, and asked for the extension, expressing the need to address the urgent issue of misaligned teeth in my mouth, which hindered my ability to chew properly and caused persistent pain. Instead of showing some empathy or understanding, Dr. Kwon outright refused the service without the payment of the $40, and sent me back home without providing the dental care I so desperately needed. In conclusion, I strongly advise avoiding Dr. Kwon's practice at all costs. He is an unprofessional and callous dentist who does not care about his patients' well-being. I have already reported him to my insurance provider, Aetna, and I hope they take appropriate action against such unacceptable behavior. Despite Dr. Kwon's behavior, I must commend the staff at "Brite Dental Care" for their professionalism and kindness. I can't help but feel sympathy for them working under such an unpleasant and terrible boss. I hope they find a better workplace that appreciates their dedication and fosters a positive environment for patients."

"Extremely HORRIBLE!! DONT GO!!!! Very rude dentist. Dr Kwon was aggressive with my mouth and teeth. He didn’t want to release my X-ray photos until after getting paid from the insurance. I will never go here again and don’t recommend anyone else to go there"

"DO NOT come to this dentist. Dr. Kwon was rude when talking to my son while doing a cleaning on him. When I tried to intervene he reprimmanded me as the father. He seriously has some kind of control issues. Also he straight up lied to us on the phone when we tried to get updates about sending our info to another office. A very condescending person and not a place you want to take your kid."

"Hands down one of the best dentists office I have been to. Dentist Kwon is very thoughtful, patient and kind. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely happy to work with me and they took their time to do everything that needed to be done. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area."
