"To be clear, I am very happy with Dr. Cohn and all the staff. They go above and beyond every visit. They deserve 5 stars. My review is in regards to the umbrella company that now handles the incoming phone calls. What kind of nonsense is going on there? Calls never go directly to the office to speak to someone that knows what they are talking about. This middle man business is incredibly inconvenient, not to mention how it impacts the Doctor/Patient relationship! It is, I will take a message and have them call you back. This game of 'elementry telephone' is a disservice to the patient, and to the staff member when they only get half the message from the patient via the umbrella company answering service. Avoid calling if you can. Go directly into the office with questions, scheduling etc. The office staff will provide phenomenal customer service without the game of telephone."

"I’m a new patient and had originally made an appointment mid week for Tuesday. Come Friday my pain in my foot was so bad I called early morning they were able to get me in that afternoon. Dr. Michael Ferrari Is great. He listened to what I had to say and didn’t rush to get out to see another patient. I really wish more Drs are like him, you can tell he has a passion for his Career and his patients. It was very nice to see and feel that from a Dr. The staff is very friendly as well."
