"What a bizarre experience at this place. After waiting for a while a woman walks in and LOUDLY proclaims “I MADE A WOMAN CRY TODAY”. She was proud of making a woman cry at her clinicals. So the waiting room was already watching her. The woman next to me had her son next to her and he went up and politely ask when they would be seen since it was past their appointment time. This loud woman then inserts herself into that conversations and scolds the boy by saying “Are you kidding me?! You’ve waited 16 minutes. You’re going to wait at least an hour I’ve been coming here for 10-15 years” I was blown away by a grown adult arguing with a child. It doesn’t stop there. Shes talking on the phone about her patient opening up to her about intimate assault. THAT IS ILLEGAL. And she is not quietly having this conversation either. Who on earth talks loudly about assault let alone a patient while in a quiet waiting room?! She then proceeds to take out her McDonald’s food and uses her FINGERS to apply the sauce. The boy asked her to stop because she should not do that in a doctors office(also illegal). The lady then goes OFF on the boy. The mother is German and spoke German so I stepped in to defend the boy. I told her how inappropriate it was to argue with a CHILD in addition the rest of her behavior was way out of line. She then plays the victim and tells the staff she’s going in back to eat. Who on earth is this person and why is she now eating in the back? Now staff member Katie treats us as if we are the villains and angrily asks “what’s your problem with her” and tried to argue with me. I promptly asked for a refund and left. An hour past my wait time and I didn’t see the doctor, was verbally attacked by staff and blown away by the experience. Meanwhile this woman’s mom is talking smack to me while I’m waiting for my refund and you bet ya I did not even give her the time of day. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for supporting this kind of behavior. I have never in my life experienced such nonsense. Also if y’all know it’s going to take 1.5 hours on average for a patient to see their doctor why are you not being honest? Let people know so they can get their kids food or take a walk. Shady practices all around."

"I had a fabulous interaction with the receptionist in McHenry/Meijer on Saturday. Incredibly professional and answered all of my questions. She even made sure to phone me back with additional information to make sure I had everything I needed to decide how to move forward! The providers are consistently wonderful. They take the time needed for my children to feel comfortable as well as let me know what to expect in the coming months. The standard of care here is phenomenal!"

Always gets my kiddos in when they need seen, always reaches back out in a timely manner, and is super helpful when it comes to needing paperwork and physical forms for school/daycare."

"Last time using these providers. I have used them twice and for both scheduled appointments I had to wait for an hour in the waiting room, then an additional 10-15 minutes in the patient room. I cannot imagine what the wait most be like in the afternoon. Some advice to the provider: adjust your appointment schedule and allow more time between appointments."
